Refund policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Caratix Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 1–3 business days to process after inspection.

  • Depending on your payment provider, additional processing times may apply.

  • Any transaction or exchange fees applied by payment providers (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Replacement / Reshipment Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement item at no additional product cost if the return was due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue.


6. Warranty Coverage

Caratix Jewelry products are covered under a 180-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.

Under warranty, you can request:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement item

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or warranty claim:

  3. Attach clear photos of the item and issue (if applicable)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
